Collect
In the Collect phase, we conducted internal brainstorming sessions to explore how Buylink could expand its ecosystem by targeting content creators.

We also performed comparative research on existing platforms such as Trakteer, Saweria, Fanmate, and Sociabuzz, analyzing their features, strengths, and weaknesses.

Monetization models
Creator-focused tools
Limitations in customization and ownership
The insights gathered helped us identify gaps in the market and opportunities for differentiation, particularly around creator autonomy, PWA accessibility, and brand ownership.
Conceptualize
At this stage, we aligned user needs with business goals, ensuring that every feature addressed real creator pain points rather than replicating existing solutions.

Based on the insights collected, we began conceptualizing the platform by defining:
Core features needed
by creators
Key monetization
mechanisms
Interface patterns that support
simplicity and scalability
Create
In the Create phase, we compare user experiences, test different approaches to creator workflows, and evaluate which solution best balanced usability, flexibility, and scalability.

Layout structures
Feature prioritization
Interaction patterns

Commit
In the Commit phase, we evaluated each concept based on usability, creator needs, and long-term product vision.
After multiple internal reviews and feedback sessions, we selected the strongest concept and refined it into a final design direction.
This stage involved:
Finalizing feature scope
Polishing interaction flows
Ensuring consistency across
the PWA experience
Aligning the design with
brand and growth strategy
The result is a focused, creator-centric platform that empowers users to build, manage, and monetize their digital presence with greater ownership and control.
